Que. 1.  Tell me about yourself?

Ans:  Good Morning Everyone!

My name is Shree Prajapati. My Father’s name Is Mr. ABC Prajapati. My mother’s name is Smt. DEF Devi. There are six members in my family my father, my mother, my wife, my son, my daughter & me. I am from Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar.

I have done diploma in mechanical engineering from government polytechnic in 2011. I have passed Intermediate in 2007. I have passed High school in 2005.

I have 2.2 years’ experience with BIRBAL Limited (Basmati rice) as an Engineer. I have 9.5 years’ experience with SAI Group as a Production Executive. Now I am currently working with Manidi Biotech LLP from 13 March 2023.

 

Que. 2. What are you Goals?

Ans: My short-term goal is that I want to get a job in good company. My long-term goal is to improve myself and become a good player in our field.

 

Que. 3. What is your strength & weakness?

Ans: My strength is self-motivation, quick learner & good documents practice. My weakness is easily believing on people.

 

Que. 4. Why should we hire you?

Ans: Because I have more than 12 years’ experience in food Industry. My experience is related to this organization. I have good knowledge of ERP & SAP. Which is very useful for this organization. If Company provides me a chance to work here, I will give my best.

 

Que. 5. What is the difference between confidence & over confidence?

Ans: I can do it, it is only confidence. Only I can do it, it is over confidence.

 

Que. 6. What do you want to work at our company?

Ans: I want to work with this company because it is very fast-growing company in food sector. My experience is related to this Company. As an employee, I have a good chance to learn more and improve myself.

 

Que. 7. What is the difference between Hard work and Smart work?

Ans: Hard work gives you experience. Smart work comes from experience. But smart work is not possible without Hard work.

 

Que. 8. Are you willing to relocate or travel? (क्या आप स्थानांतरित होने या यात्रा करने के इच्छुक हैं?)

Ans: Yes! I would like to relocate. I have a good chance to communicate with more people. More people give more knowledge and different ideas.

 

Que. 9. What was the toughest challenge ever you have faced? (आपके सामने अब तक की सबसे कठिन चुनौती कौन सी थी?)

Ans: I never face any kind of tough Challenges in my career. Production target is simple challenge for me. But with my sincere efforts, I make them easy and simple.

Ans: Yes, I can work under pressure. It is a challenge for me to prove myself.

 

Que. 12. What do you want to leave your previous job? or why did you resign your previous job?

Ans: As you know that I have good experience in food Industry. My current Organization is beauty product company. My profile does not match as per my working experience with this company. I want to come back in food sector. DFM is good company for me. That is the major reason to leaving the job.

 

Que. 13. What would you like to see yourself in next 5 years?

Ans: In 5 years, I would like to see myself as one of the responsible and successful employee of your company.
By learning and improving everything will fall into the place. And in that moment, I am fully capable of handling any kind of situation and willing to distribute my skills and experience to other people.

 

Que. 14 Would you lie for the company? (क्या आप कंपनी के लिए झूठ बोलेंगे?)

Ans: Yes, it depends on situation.
If my lie creates a positive impact then I'll lie.

Ans: My long-term goals were motivated to do good job.

Ans: Sometimes I get angry when people don't do their job with responsibility.

Ans: ABC Limited Company is a lead player in the business of manufacturing packaged foods. Our flagship product, Corn Rings has been a household name since its launch in 1900. Crax and Nat khat is the most popular brand of this company.

Ans:  I agree as per your company policy. I hope this fulfil my economic need.

 

Que. 19 Are you overqualified for this position? (क्या आप इस स्थिति के लिए अयोग्य हैं?)

Ans:  No sir. I am not overqualified for this job (position). My qualifications match as per your job description, but in life learning never ends. I still need to learn many things.

 

Que. 20 How long would you expect to work for us if hired? (अगर आपको काम पर रखा जाता है तो आप हमारे लिए कब तक काम करने की उम्मीद करेंगे?)

Ans:  I would like to work here till the time I can provide value and growth to this organization.
